Job Title: Copy and Print Center Associate

Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for providing customer service, consistent with our Copy Promise standards.

General Purpose: Customer Service, Copy and Print Sales and Production

Role Qualifications:

: Must exhibit Copy Promise behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, fellow associates and management
: Identify high potential and top customers; partner with GM to offer a total solution designed to meet customer's needs
: Able to work a flexible schedule

Position Responsibilities:

: Deliver the Copy Promise
: Process and produce accurate orders
: Respond and resolve customer requests and concerns
: Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean Copy and Print Center
: Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
: Perform other related duties as assigned
: Effectively build relationships with top customers
